  • System Upgrade and Migration: We managed the upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 PUM Image 34 and migrated PeopleTools from version 8.56 to 8.58. This ensured that FNHA’s systems were equipped with the latest functionalities, enhanced security, and improved performance.

  • Data Architecture and Modeling: We developed and tailored data architecture and modeling solutions aligned with FNHA’s specific HR processes, enabling seamless support across key modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation.

  • Reporting and Analytics Development: Our team implemented advanced reporting and analytics solutions within PeopleSoft HCM, allowing FNHA to extract deeper insights from their HR data and enabling better strategic decision-making.
