Queen’s University, a prestigious public-sector institution in Ontario, relies heavily on PeopleSoft HCM, Finance, and Campus Solutions to efficiently manage its extensive operations and a diverse workforce of over 10,000 employees. Recognizing the need to optimize their existing systems, the university embarked on several strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the functionality, integration, and overall user experience of their PeopleSoft environment.
The projects were designed to address specific challenges and improve system performance, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
