Using Drupal for platform development was a challenge, there were a lot of back and forth between the client and the agency to make sure that the platform was being built according to the requirements.

Workiy Team helped in streamlining the development process by working closely with the client and the outsourced designers to build a robust Drupal platform.

We started working with this client when we got an opportunity to pitch our services in multiple arenas. Workiy Team helped in the development of a web DXP platform for infant and child nutrition, which we built on the Drupal platform. This platform has 70+ websites in US, China, Canada, North America, Kenya, Asia Pacific countries, and Europe. Workiy was engaged by a leading pediatric nutrition brand to create a scalable web platform that could support the client's brand across 40+ global markets. The team wanted to establish a unified platform that would allow for direct-to-consumer marketing, personalization technologies, integration with CRM, CDP, commerce, and ERP systems, AI implementation, CHATBOTS, and an omnichannel experience.
