As a Boutique owner, customers finds that online marketing and business would help his portfolio and wanted to open-up his boutique’s presence throughout the world, from his in-store purchase model. They want to create a user-friendly website that showcases their clothing collection and provide an easy-to-use platform for the customers to shop online.

  • A visually appealing homepage that highlights her latest collection and offers discounts and deals.
  • An easy-to-use navigation system that makes it easy for customers to find products by category, size, and color.
  • A user registration system that allows customers to create an account and track their orders and shipping details.

Business Problem

Being a largest shop-keeper in the vicinity on the textile market, they have acquired many local customers and retailers, and stands-out as single source of unique designer. However, the business model has been declined by the invasion of eCommerce platform that enables their suppliers to mark significant presence without a branded or self-owned trademark. Hence, they decided to embark their foot-prints as an online store, satisfying their customer needs by enabling an in-person service in the virtual mode.

 

The biggest challenge for this project is to create a website that is both visually appealing and easy-to-use,

  • Be aesthetically pleasing and showcase the clothing collection effectively
  • Be easy to navigate, search, and find products, and complete purchases
  • Easy to integrate with various payment gateways
  • To create a secure e-commerce platform that can handle a large volume of transactions

Our Approach

The project was divided into two phases, with Phase-I focusing on Planning and Design; and Phase-II focuses on Development and testing, put together the delivery timeline of 6 week

Phase-I : Planning and Design (2 weeks)

  • Gather requirements and specifications from the customer and document them.
  • Design a user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing website layout that meets the customer demands.
  • Create a site map and wireframes for the website.
  • Finalize the design and layout based on feedback from the customer.

Phase-II : Development and Testing (4 weeks)

  • Develop the website on WordPress, using a responsive and SEO-friendly theme.
  • Customize website by adding plugins, such as WooCommerce for e-commerce, a payment gateway, and an email newsletter signup form.
  • Test the website for usability, functionality, and responsiveness.
  • Deploy the website to the client's hosting server and make it live.
