PeopleSoft estates are among the most heavily customised systems in any organisation, and among the least documented. Higher education in particular runs Campus Solutions implementations shaped by two decades of local requirements.

Integrating a provincial application service with Campus Solutions
Applicant data arriving from a central provincial service had to be matched and loaded into Campus Solutions without creating duplicate records. We built the integration using Constituent Transaction Management and Entity Registry with exception handling for ambiguous matches.
Outcome — Applications loading automatically with only genuine ambiguities reaching staff.
Reducing customisation ahead of an upgrade
Hundreds of customisations made every upgrade a major project. We analysed which were now covered by standard functionality and retired them in batches.
Outcome — Upgrade effort reduced by shrinking what has to be retrofitted each time.
Exposing ERP data to a governed analytics platform
Finance and HR reporting depended on manual extracts. We built incremental extraction into the lakehouse with lineage back to the ERP.
Outcome — Reporting from a governed source, with the ERP no longer carrying query load.

Do you provide both functional and technical consultants?
Yes, and most engagements need both. Technical work without functional understanding is where PeopleSoft projects usually go wrong.
Can PeopleSoft data be used for AI safely?
Yes, with care. We extract into a governed platform rather than querying the transactional system, and any write-back goes through supported interfaces with approval gates.
Should we stay on PeopleSoft or move?
It depends on how much of your customisation reflects genuine requirements. We assess both paths honestly, including the cost of the migration nobody budgets for.
