AI Workshops & Enablement
The gap between an organisation that uses AI well and one that does not is usually capability, not tooling. Leadership needs enough understanding to make investment decisions; engineers need patterns they can apply; staff need to know what is permitted.
Our sessions use your data, your systems and your acceptable-use policy. People leave having built or reviewed something real.
Platforms we typically deliver this on
Scope of the service
Executive briefing
A half day for leadership on where value is realistically available, what it costs to run, and the decisions only they can make.
Use-case discovery workshop
A facilitated two-day session producing a scored, sequenced candidate list with the business owners in the room.
Engineering enablement
Hands-on sessions for your developers on retrieval, evaluation, agent design and production patterns, working against your stack.
Data team enablement
Preparing data engineers and analysts for AI workloads: pipeline design, quality gates, feature management and lineage.
Role-based staff training
Practical training for non-technical teams on approved tools, sensible prompting and the boundaries in your acceptable-use policy.
Champions programme
Identifying and supporting internal advocates so capability spreads without external help.
Where this is used
Representative engagements, described at the level our clients permit. Sector and shape are accurate; identifying detail is withheld.
Aligning faculty and administration on AI use
Separate sessions for academic and administrative staff, each grounded in the institution's own policy, followed by a joint session to resolve where the two groups disagreed.
Outcome — A shared, written understanding of what is permitted where.
Two-day discovery with programme owners
Business owners, IT and privacy in one room for two days, producing a scored candidate list everyone had already argued about and agreed on.
Outcome — Prioritisation done once, with the objections raised in the room rather than later.
Bringing an internal team up to production standard
A capable development team was building AI features without evaluation or monitoring. Four hands-on sessions on their own codebase introduced test sets, regression gates and tracing.
Outcome — The team's next release shipped with measurable quality rather than anecdote.
Before you get in touch
Are sessions delivered on site?
Both. We deliver on site across Canada and the US and remotely elsewhere. Executive and discovery sessions work considerably better in person.
Do you use our data in the sessions?
Where appropriate and permitted, yes — training on your own material is far more effective. We work within whatever constraints your privacy team sets.
Can workshops lead straight into delivery?
Often. A discovery workshop frequently produces a first build scope, and we can staff that with your team, ours, or a blend.
